No, I have clients who are both women and men. But I do have both specialisation and education in women related challenges, which is why I have a lot of female clients.

The purpose of this call is to get to know each other and figure out if we are a right fit, as well as it gives you the opportunity to inquire about the practicalities such as cost and session structure. Much research has shown that the relationship between a client and therapist is a core building block for success, which is why I prioritise and take my time with any potential client during this call.
Your first session will typically involve you verbalising why you have come to therapy, clarifying what you want to get out of therapy, then together we make a rough plan for the work we will do together. You are welcome to share whatever you are experiencing and what you feel comfortable sharing, and ask me about anything you might be wondering about.
I typically encourage my new clients to have the first 6 sessions weekly. After the first 6 sessions we assess and can adjust to biweekly sessions. Normally, after 12 sessions I find that biweekly sessions work well for most people if they want more sessions and are not experiencing any major life stressors at that moment.
Sometimes I do give reflective exercises or tools to practice in between sessions if it could benefit you and your therapeutic needs. If this is required, it will be discussed and agreed upon on an individual basis.
Once you have become a client you will receive access to my booking system for appointment availability, where there is both evening, day and weekend availability to fit the needs of my different clients. Additionally, individual agreements for session slots are available upon request outside of the booking system, to accommodate both individual and different time zone needs.

Unfortunately not. In my experience personal growth and sustainable mental health care comes from connection and continuity, which is why I only offer my sessions in packages of 3 and 6. I set clear expectations for the amount of sessions that you have so that you get the most out of the sessions you have.
I don’t accept public insurance for my services, but you can always inquire with your private insurance about their policies. However, I’m here to help make the process as smooth as possible. You can check the payment options for my services, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
I offer 60 and 30 minute long sessions. All sessions are held via Google Meet, allowing us to connect comfortably from wherever you are!
Flourish is a 6 session therapy program with structure, in-between session support, and additional material that comes with each session. My session package is integrative therapy with a holistic approach holistic therapy offered in packages of 3 or 6.
